The mission of Kingsland Country Property Owners Association, Inc. (KCPOA) is to effectively manage the operations so that property values in our community are preserved.
CARPORTS & PORTABLE COVERS
The Board of Directors' policy that carports and portable covers are prohibited in KCPOA as they do not conform with KCPOA's architectural standards, but that carports and portable covers that have been approved by the Board prior to November 15, 2022 are grandfathered and exempt from the prohibition was approved and adopted via resolution on November 15, 2022.

Marion County Broadband Feasibility Study
Marion County is requesting your help to better determine where new or improved internet services will make the most impact throughout all corners of the county. Many of the homeowners in KCPOA have expressed a desire for better internet service in our area. Please see the attached letter and flyer from Marion County that has a direct link to the survey.
