Earlier concepts\u2014including a 72\u2011unit town-home project and potential subdivision\u2014were found to conflict with KCPOA\u2019s single\u2011family\u2011only Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-d8b6c77c08d68dd074f03f821a7be895 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--80);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--80);font-size:28px\">During mediation on February 5, 2026, the property owner confirmed that the town-home proposal is no longer being pursued. He reported no current development plans and indicated his intent to sell the parcel in its existing condition.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-ab41075b13a7680bf92b76c7ade53df1 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--70);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--70);font-size:28px\">The mediation concluded without an agreement. Homeowners near the parcel are encouraged to report any land\u2011clearing, equipment, or activity so KCPOA can remain informed.
